Photocopying of School Flyers
We need 1600 copies to send home in the backpacks of Tewksbury’s elementary school students in June and September. Ideally, we’d love one business to cover the photocopying expense in June and a second to cover September.

Printing of Posters
We need 100 11x17 glossy posters to hang in the windows of local businesses and public buildings.

Coffee for Volunteers
Last year, we asked our volunteers how we could have taken better care of them and they said: “Coffee!” Coffee plus cups, sugar and cream for 50 would be great.

Breakfast Items for Volunteers
With volunteers arriving as early at 7am for set-up, we would surely appreciate a donation of donuts, bagels, muffins or pastries.

Lunch/Pizza for Volunteers
Most of our volunteers spend the entire day with us, so we’ve provided a pizza lunch each year. Perhaps 3 pizza restaurants could donate 5 pizzas each or one very generous restaurant could donate 15.

Water/Soda for Volunteers
Hydration and caffeine are important. Cases of water, soda, or sports drinks would quench our thirst. With the length of our day and amount of volunteers, we’d love to have 200+ servings.

ZWD On Your Sign
Does your organization or business have a customizable sign? Perhaps you’d be willing to post our event details during the week of September 18th.

Sponsorship of Bike Collection
Our bike charity incurs a great expense in sending the donated bikes all over the world. Warm thanks are extended to Tewksbury's Marriott Residence Inn for offering a $10 donation for each of the first 50 bikes donated on Zero Waste Day. Residence Inn staff members will also provide volunteer support to the Bikes Not Bombs donation station at ZWD. We look forward to partnering with them this year!

Printing of Used, But Usable handout
We need 600 copies of this double-sided handout which has categories of items for donating on one side and local non-profit contact information on the other.

Counting/Distribution of School Flyers
In June and September, we plan to send flyers home through the elementary school backpacks. We’d love a volunteer to count stacks of 25 and deliver to each school.

Distribution of Posters
Posters should go up in early August to advertise our September 24th event. We’d love the help of 5 people who are each willing to hang (with permission) posters in 20 businesses/buildings.

Volunteer Support for Bikes Not Bombs
Ideally, we’d love for the sponsoring business to provide two volunteers to help prepare the bikes for transporting.

Volunteer Support for Electronics Recycling
TVs and monitors can be heavy and awkward to handle. We’d love the help of 2-4 strong souls for this station.

Volunteer Support for Lowell Humane Society and Nevin’s Farm
These volunteers will act on behalf of LHS and NF to determine the usability of donations and will be responsible for delivery to their facilities in Lowell and Methuen.

Volunteer Support for Lowell Wish Project
Everything from towels to couches can be donated here, so the four volunteers for this station need to have some muscle power.

Volunteer Support for Mission of Deeds
This organization also accepts furniture, so we kindly ask for two strong volunteers to assist our friends at MoD.

Volunteer Support for Got Books
For this station, we need two volunteers to work the station and we need four volunteers to transport the donations from the Wynn to the Dewing Got Books bin each hour (10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm)

Volunteer Support for Project Home Again
As Saturday is the Sabbath for the staff at Project Home Again, their participation requires volunteer staffing and transportation of donations to their site in Lawrence, on the Andover line.
